We have a great opportunity to join a market leading manufacturer of high-quality electrical products with a reputation for quality, reliability and value for money.
Due to expansion, they are recruiting for an Area Projects Manager to cover the South of the UK, managing projects and opportunities from conception through to ordering.
You will be reporting to the National Project Manager.
This is a Hybrid Role, home based for 2 days and 3 days out on visits to clients. There will be a requirement to travel throughout your designated area as required.
Applicants should live in the South of the UK.
The role:
• Make Contact and cultivate relationships with Developers, Specifiers, Housing Associations, Installers and other Commercial Clients
• Focus on securing opportunities within New Build Developments
• Site and Regional Office Visits to present our product offering and to provide technical support to the customers as needed
• Maintain an accurate CRM database of your activity
• Provide regular reports and updates on progress within your area
• Follow up on leads and contact information provided from Internal Support Team
Candidate Requirements-
• Experience within Renewable products sales is an advantage
• Proven experience in a field sales role ideally within the electrical wholesale/manufacturing industry.
• Good understanding of sales principles, marketing strategies, and industry trends
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to confidently present and demonstrate products
• Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities
• Ability to build and maintain client relationships
• Project management skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented
