Role: Internal Sales Executive
Location: Gateshead
Hours: Monday to Friday: 8am - 5pm

Are you a driven sales professional with a passion for building strong customer relationships?
I’m recruiting on behalf of a highly respected industrial electrical distributor known for its expertise and reliability.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a well-established business where your product knowledge and sales skills will make a real impact. You’ll be working with a loyal customer base, and a company that truly values its people.

• Negotiable salary (dependent on experience)

Responsibilities:
• Answer the telephone, taking enquiries and orders plus processing, responding to and chasing quotes and orders
• Assisting customers with quotations, product information and pricing queries
• Maintain and develop existing and new customers through appropriate propositions and sales methods, to optimise quality of service, business growth and customer satisfaction/loyalty
• Undertake proactive call outs to dormant account holders and seek potential new accounts
Skills/experience:
• Electrical Wholesale / Distributor experience
• A proactive can-do approach to work
• Confident telephone manner
• Good I.T. skills
