This could be a great opportunity for someone looking to take their first step into Branch Management, or an existing Manager who would enjoy working in a small branch, with the view to push this business to the next level.

Responsibilities:
• Lead and develop a high-performing team
• Responsible for maximising the contribution by the branch in line with the business plans and overall company policy and strategy
• Responsible for managing and achieving branch budgets and targets
• Developing strategies for increasing existing business, new business and lapsed accounts
• Participating in proactive and reactive sales – both internally and externally based
• Assessing market conditions and identifying opportunities
• Manage supplier relationships and inventory
• Ensure compliance with Audit + H&S standards
Skills / Experience:
• Electrical Wholesale industry experience
• Driving Licence
• Ability to motivate a team and lead by example
• Strong communication skills
• Self-motivated and hungry for success
