Our established client based in Colnbrook are looking to recruit an Art operative to join their Gallery Services Art Team It is a busy team coordinating logistics movements for several high profile Art Galleries.

Assist in the management of the Gallery Services Art team.
-Ensure collection and delivery notes, commercial invoices and outgoing items and shipments are prepared.
-Ensure job files completed start to finish, including quoting, costing & on-time invoicing.
-Work with internal departments to ensure all jobs are handled with the highest degree of professionalism and competence.
-Ensure case collection from clients without credit accounts is arranged.
-Ensure storage record are updated daily.
-Ensure quotes are prepared accurately and in a timely manner.
-Support the development of the business to increase turnover and profit.
-Ensure CRM system is kept up-to-date.
-Authorise and accrue supplier invoices.
-Achieve specified profitability/profit margin on each job file.
-Complete key workflows and processes.
-Completing and arranging T-Forms for trucks.

Ideal candidate has :-
Previous freight forwarding experience
Good numeracy skills.
Able to prioritise and organise own workload to tight deadlines.
Good attention to detail.
Strong problem solving skills.
Strong communication skills; the ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
Be a team player across all departments.
Good level of initiative to work without constant supervision.
Sound knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
Desirable if experience in field of art shipping & logistics
