Role: Assistant Manager
Location: Chesterfield
Hours: Monday to Friday 8am - 5pm (no weekends)
Salary: Negotiable (DOE) + Bonus

Overview:
Our award winning Electrical Wholesale client based in Chesterfield, are looking to recruit an Assistant Manager to join their branch.

You must have Electrical Wholesale experience in order to be considered for this role, as well as good local knowledge of the area / customers.

Roles and responsibilities:
• Deputise for the Branch Manager in their absence
• Build relationships with new and existing customers
• Serving customers on the trade counter, providing a friendly and helpful service
• Working within a team, dealing with sales orders and customer enquiries mainly on the phone and by email
• Actively chasing quotes for feedback and order progression
• Assisting with supporting and training staff as/when needed

Experience / Skills:
• Electrical Wholesale experience
• Flexible and willing to help in all areas of the branch
• Good customer service skills
• Responsible and reliable
