Key Requirements:
• Specific Experience: You must have approximately two years of experience specifically at the Assistant Manager level within the Trust and Corporate services sector.
• Qualifications: You should be professionally qualified (e.g., STEP or CGI) or currently in the final stages of your qualification.
• Technical Skills: A strong background in managing a complex portfolio of trust and corporate structures and a clear understanding of Guernsey’s regulatory landscape.

Key Responsibilities:
• Portfolio Oversight: Managing a diverse portfolio of structures, ensuring high-quality service delivery and client satisfaction.
• Team Leadership: Assisting with the oversight and development of junior team members, ensuring operational standards are met.
• Strategic Input: Contributing to the team’s growth and helping to implement internal process improvements.
