Description

A leading firm of Chartered Accountants in Exeter is seeking an experienced and versatile Audit and Accounts Senior to join their well-regarded and growing team, and we are pleased to be supporting them in finding the right individual for a role that offers genuine variety across both disciplines, a broad and interesting client base, and a firm with a strong reputation across the South West for the quality of its work and the care it takes in developing the people within it, with flexible working, a company pension, and much more on offer.

Crowe Watson Recruitment is a specialist accountancy recruiter with a genuine understanding of the South West accountancy market, and the team brings the same level of care and personal attention to every search it undertakes regardless of the size of the firm or the nature of the role. Rather than simply filling vacancies, Crowe Watson takes the time to properly understand what each candidate is looking for and whether the opportunity in front of them is genuinely the right fit for their skills, their ambitions, and their longer term career goals. That investment in getting it right is what sets Crowe Watson apart.

As Audit and Accounts Senior, you will work across both disciplines, leading audit assignments from planning through to completion and preparing accounts for a broad range of clients, giving you the kind of well-rounded practical experience that is genuinely valuable at this stage of a professional career. Exeter is one of the South West’s most vibrant and commercially active cities, and the firm’s client base reflects the breadth and diversity of its business community well, providing a consistently engaging and technically stimulating environment in which to develop. The firm has a clear pathway to assistant manager level, a friendly and collaborative working culture, and a genuine commitment to the progression of the people within it that makes it an outstanding destination for any ambitious audit and accounts professional. You might not meet all the criteria, but if you are passionate about developing yourself and your career, we’d love to hear from you.
