The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a diverse portfolio of audit clients, supporting junior team members, and working closely with Partners and Managers to ensure a first-class service is delivered. Responsibilities:

Manage and oversee a varied portfolio of audit clients across multiple sectors

Lead audit assignments from planning through to completion

Supervise, mentor, and review the work of junior team members

Liaise directly with clients and Partners, providing technical advice and building strong relationships

Ensure compliance with auditing and accounting standards

Identify opportunities for process improvements and added value for clients

Requirements:

ACA/ACCA qualified (or finalist)

Strong technical knowledge of auditing and accounting standards

Excellent communication and leadership skills

Must have previous experience working within a UK Practice environment

Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines

A proactive approach with a genuine interest in developing your career
