Key Responsibilities
Manage a varied portfolio of audit clients across multiple sectors
Lead audit engagements from planning through to completion
Supervise and mentor junior team members, reviewing their work and providing guidance
Liaise directly with clients, ensuring exceptional service delivery
Assist in business development activities and contribute to departmental improvements
Requirements
ACA or ACCA qualified (or equivalent)
At least five years' experience working within a UK Practice environment
Proven experience in leading audits within an accountancy practice
Strong technical knowledge of UK GAAP and auditing standards
Excellent communication and leadership skills
