As Audit Assistant Manager, you will play a key role in delivering audit services to a varied portfolio of not-for-profit clients including charities, education, and public sector organisations. You will support senior management with planning and reviewing assignments, managing audit teams, and acting as a key point of contact for clients. Responsibilities:
Manage and deliver audit assignments for a portfolio of NFP clients
Assist with audit planning and risk assessment procedures
Review work prepared by junior staff and provide coaching/mentoring
Ensure assignments are completed on time and within budget
Maintain strong client relationships and act as a key contact throughout audits
Collaborate with other departments to provide a seamless service
Requirements:
ACA/ACCA qualified (or equivalent)
Must have previous experience working within a UK Practice environment
Strong knowledge of audit and accounting standards
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Experience working with NFP clients is advantageous
Ability to manage and motivate a team
