The role will involve leading audit assignments, managing client relationships, and supporting junior team members. You’ll work with a varied portfolio of clients, ranging from SMEs to larger corporate groups, gaining valuable exposure to a diverse range of sectors. Responsibilities:
Lead and manage audit assignments from planning through to completion
Supervise and mentor junior staff, providing guidance and support
Liaise with clients to ensure effective communication and high-quality service
Review financial statements and ensure compliance with relevant regulations
Contribute to process improvements and team development
Requirements:
ACA/ACCA qualified (or finalist)
Strong technical knowledge and experience leading audits
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Must have previous experience working within a UK Practice environment
A proactive and motivated approach with a commitment to delivering excellence
