Axcis are an education agency specialising in providing SEND support to schools. We are currently looking to recruit teaching assistants for a number of roles within Primary, Secondary and Special schools where you will be supporting children within class, in small groups and 1-1.
A specialist school in the Chorley area are looking for a teaching assistant to support their learners in small groups and 1-1. The school cater for children and young people between the ages of 4-25 who have Autism and SEMH needs. They are looking for someone who has experience supporting children and young adults with these special educational needs.
What we offer:

What we need from you:
• At least 6 months experience working or volunteering with additional needs (overseas candidates must have at least 3 months UK experience to register with us).
• A DBS or willingness to apply for one – we can guide you through the process.
• A positive and proactive attitude to work.
• Ability to reliably commute within Chorley and the surrounding areas.
