The Role:
• Supporting pupils with additional behavioural needs
• Implementing behaviour support plans
• Providing structured and consistent support
• Promoting emotional regulation strategies

Experience:
• Behaviour or SEMH experience preferred
• Strong communication and de-escalation skills
• Firm but fair approach
