This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys being out in the market, building strong customer relationships, developing new business opportunities, and driving branch performance. You’ll lead from the front, motivate your team, and play a key role in growing sales while delivering outstanding customer service — all with the support of a well-established, market-leading brand.

Responsibilities:
• As a Branch Manager, you will be responsible for maximising the contribution by the branch in line with the business plans and overall company policy and strategy
• Developing strategies for increasing existing business, new business and lapsed accounts
• Participating in proactive and reactive sales – out seeing customers on site and building relationships
• Ensure that your team meet operational standards
• Responsible for managing and achieving branch budgets and targets
• Assessing market conditions and identifying opportunities
Skills / Experience:
• Electrical Wholesale industry experience
• Proactive and customer-focused salesperson with a hands-on approach to client engagement
• Ability to communicate at all levels, whether it be with your team or negotiating with your customer
• Ability to motivate a team and lead by example
• Driving Licence
