BSL Communication Support Worker

Are you a passionate and dedicated BSL (British Sign Language) Communication Support Worker looking for your next opportunity?

We are currently recruiting for multiple BSL Communication Support Workers to join a welcoming and supportive all-through SEND school in the UB3 area. This is an excellent opportunity to make a meaningful difference by supporting deaf and hearing-impaired students to access learning and fully participate in school life.

The Role:
Full-time position
Monday to Friday
Working hours: 8:30am – 4:15pm
September 2026 start
£96–£100 per day (dependent on experience)

What We're Looking For:
Experience supporting children or young people, ideally within an educational or SEND setting
A recognised BSL qualification (Level 2 or above preferred) and the ability to communicate confidently using British Sign Language
Experience providing communication support for deaf or hearing-impaired students
A positive, patient, and proactive approach
A genuine passion for supporting students with additional needs and promoting inclusive learning
