Responsibilities:
Manage and develop a diverse portfolio of business services clients
Lead, mentor, and develop a team of qualified and part-qualified staff
Review accounts, management information, and tax computations prepared by the team
Build strong client relationships and identify opportunities for additional services
Contribute to the strategic growth and direction of the department
Requirements:
ACA or ACCA qualified (or equivalent)
Must have previous experience working within a UK Practice environment
Proven experience at a senior or director level within an accountancy practice
Strong leadership, communication, and client relationship management skills
Sound technical knowledge of UK GAAP and current tax legislation
