Position: Complex Needs Teaching Assistant
Contract Type: Full-time
Salary: £89 per day (depending on experience and qualifications)

Responsibilities:
• Support and educate vulnerable children
• Be a positive role model and set clear boundaries
• Learn quickly, be proactive, and seek feedback
• Show resilience, patience, and care, especially with challenging students
