An established global travel company is seeking a highly skilled Central FP&A Manager to join its Group Finance team. This key position will act as a strategic business partner, leading financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis across multiple Group entities.

Key Responsibilities
• Lead end-to-end budgeting and forecasting processes for Group functions.
• Provide performance insight and variance analysis to support data-driven decisions.
• Partner with leadership teams to shape investment and transformation initiatives.
• Build and appraise financial models to support innovation and operational change.
• Collaborate closely with Group Finance to ensure consistency across reporting and insights.

About You
You’ll bring proven experience in FP&A leadership within complex, multi-entity environments—ideally from travel, hospitality, or consumer services sectors. A professional finance qualification (ACA, CIMA, ACCA) is preferred. You’ll demonstrate strong analytical capability, stakeholder influence, and the ability to challenge constructively.
