Chef de Partie – Countryside 4 star Hotel
£30,000 – £32,000 DOE + tips/bonus
40 hours | 5 days out of 7
No late finishes
Must drive (rural location)

We’re working with a 4-star countryside hotel looking for a solid Chef de Partie to join a small, supportive kitchen team.
This is a great role if you want to develop in a fresh food environment without the usual late nights and burnout that come with a lot of hotel kitchens.

What you’ll be doing
• Running your section and cooking fresh dishes to order
• Supporting prep and service across restaurant, weddings and events
• Assisting senior chefs with banqueting and evening service prep
• Maintaining high standards in food quality, cleanliness and organisation
• Working independently during quieter shifts when needed
• Being part of a reliable, close-knit team that backs each other

What we’re looking for
• Experience as a Chef de Partie (or strong Commis stepping up)
• Background in a fresh food kitchen (hotel or restaurant)
• Confident running a section and managing your own prep
• Reliable, team-focused and consistent
• Comfortable working both in a team and solo when required

What’s on offer
• £30–32k + monthly tips/bonus
• No late finishes – genuine work-life balance
• Free meals on shift
• Discounts on food, drink and hotel stays
• Supportive, friendly kitchen culture
• Training and development opportunities
• Flexible working patterns where possible

A solid role in a well-run kitchen where you can build your skills, keep your evenings, and actually enjoy the job.
