We’re working with a well-established, premium dining operator to recruit a Deputy Manager for one of their standout countryside venues just outside Preston.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a quality-driven, food-led business with a real focus on developing its people.
Due to the location, having your own transport is recommended.

The Role
Supporting the General Manager, you’ll play a key role in leading a busy, high-quality operation. This is a hands-on position where you’ll drive standards, develop your team, and ensure a consistently excellent guest experience.
The Venue
A premium countryside pub with a modern feel, delivering seasonal British menus with a strong focus on fresh, regional produce. With a busy restaurant, bar, and additional dining spaces, it’s a fast-paced and rewarding environment.
What we’re looking for
• Experience in a management role within hospitality
• Passion for food, drink, and great service
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team
• Organised, proactive, and confident in a fast-paced environment
• A team player with ambition and a desire to progress
