Our client, a leading financial services provider specializing in Real Assets, is seeking a talented Client Relationship Manager. This opportunity is open to candidates at both junior manager (Manager 1) and more senior levels, offering flexibility to match the right skills and experience.

This role is also open to candidates who are looking to relocate to Guernsey however, a strong understanding of the Guernsey Funds industry is essential.

This role involves administering a select portfolio of Fund structures, working closely with a Senior Manager to ensure the delivery of high-quality services to clients.

Key responsibilities:
• Serve as the primary contact for assigned fund structures within the team.
• Coordinate with legal, tax, and other professional advisors.
• Maintain Operational Procedures Manuals and ISAE checklist templates.
• Organize and lead client board meetings and shareholder meetings; review meeting minutes.
• Ensure timely preparation, review, and distribution of periodic financial statements per regulatory guidelines.
• Act as a “B” level 4-eyes signatory, adhering to company policies and regulatory standards.

The successful candidate will have:
• Post-qualification experience in a financial services environment, supported by a relevant professional qualification (e.g., CGI Diploma level or equivalent).
• Strong knowledge of the local regulatory framework.
• Exposure to the Guernsey Funds industry is preferred, however, transferable skills from another area of Financial Services will be considered.
• Technical expertise in financial services, with ongoing support provided through professional training.
• Proven people management experience.
• A track record of managing small or significant client relationships.
