Description

This is an exciting opportunity to join a leading telecommunications provider as a Senior Product Manager on a 12-month contract. Based in Guernsey, Jersey or the Isle of Man, you will be a key part of the Consumer team, leading the mobile strategy and delivering exceptional customer experiences while increasing market share and revenues across multiple jurisdictions.

The successful candidate will take full ownership of the mobile product lifecycle, aligning commercial, customer experience, technology, and regulatory input to shape a winning approach. This is a strategic, hands-on role that requires commercial awareness, stakeholder collaboration and a passion for product evolution in fast-moving markets.

Duties for this role include, but are not limited to:
• Leading the development and delivery of the mobile strategy across consumer and SME markets.
• Managing the mobile product lifecycle to maximise market share, revenue and customer satisfaction.
• Creating and delivering product plans aligned with the company’s 5-Year Plan and Annual Operating Plan.
• Driving optimisation of legacy services and digital customer experiences to reduce operational costs.
• Conducting data analysis and research to monitor product performance and identify growth opportunities.
• Providing accurate forecasts, budgets and strategic recommendations in collaboration with Finance.
• Partnering with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of new and existing products.
• Acting as a subject matter expert for internal stakeholders across retail, business and customer support.
• Maintaining supplier relationships and mitigating risk to product revenue and performance.

The Ideal Candidate:
• Proven experience in product management and service strategy.
• Strong commercial acumen with the ability to balance customer needs and business objectives.
• Demonstrated ability to analyse market trends, financial data and customer behaviour.
• Strong skills in data analysis, reporting and performance tracking.
• Excellent communication skills with experience engaging cross-functional stakeholders.
• Effective in managing projects and problem solving in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in digital transformation, customer journey optimisation, and CRM (desirable).
• Background in budgeting, forecasting and revenue management (desirable).
• Motivated, collaborative and confident communicating at all organisational levels.
