The Role
This is a pivotal position within the Group Services central support team. The successful candidate will assist in all aspects of compliance and anti-financial crime controls to minimize risk across the business. This hybrid role offers the chance to work with a global network of colleagues, ensuring the firm meets its regulatory and legislative obligations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Compliance Monitoring: Carry out tasks assigned as part of the annual Compliance Monitoring Programme.
• Risk Mitigation: Assist with general compliance, AML, CFT, and CPF queries.
• Screening & Analysis: Review hits from overnight name screening, conduct ad-hoc screening on client principals, and escalate findings as required.
• Onboarding Support: Provide assistance during the client acceptance and new business process, ensuring the adequacy of CDD.
• Administration: Maintain compliance registers and records in accordance with internal procedures.

Requirements:
• Education: Educated to ‘A’ Level standard or equivalent.
• Experience: Previous experience within a regulated financial services business is preferred.
• Technical Skills: Sound knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to deal with staff at all levels.
• Mindset: A positive attitude, good problem-solving skills, and a willingness to attain a professional certificate.
