An established financial services company is offering an exciting contract opportunity within their fiduciary services division. The role primarily involves managing the closure processes for trusts and companies, ensuring full compliance with applicable legal, regulatory, and compliance standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Managing administrative processes in collaboration with Trust and Company Administrators.
• Overseeing the closure of companies and trusts, ensuring adherence to regulatory guidelines.
• Monitoring legal and financial considerations throughout closure procedures.
• Maintaining and strengthening professional relationships with clients and intermediaries.
• Reviewing and filing legal documentation such as termination documents.
• Coordinating asset liquidation and settling outstanding liabilities.
• Ensuring timely tax clearance and completion of required documentation.
• Liaising with internal teams, legal, and external advisors to achieve smooth closure processes.
What You Need:
• At least 5 years of experience in fiduciary and trust closure services.
• A completed relevant professional qualification.
• Comprehensive knowledge of fiduciary services and related legal processes.
• Proven track record in managing client relationships and complex trust structures.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
