You will create a positive and inclusive classroom environment, manage behaviour effectively and maintain high expectations for learning. You will monitor pupil engagement, provide feedback to teaching staff and work closely with colleagues to support the smooth day-to-day running of the school.
You will play an important role in maintaining continuity of learning while promoting safeguarding, wellbeing and positive behaviour throughout the school.
What We're Looking For
We're looking for a teacher who holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent teaching qualification and has experience working within a secondary school environment. You should be confident delivering lessons across different subjects, demonstrate excellent classroom management skills and be able to adapt quickly to new situations. Strong communication skills, flexibility and the ability to build positive relationships with pupils and staff are essential.
