Deputy General Manager
Salary: Up to £35,000 per year (including service charge) + cash tips
Location: Longridge

About the Role:
As Deputy General Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the General Manager with the day-to-day running of this busy venue. You’ll lead and inspire the team to deliver outstanding customer service, manage operations across food, drink, and accommodation, and ensure consistently high standards.
This role requires strong leadership skills, a hands-on management style, and a passion for quality hospitality. You’ll also have the opportunity to contribute to business growth and help develop a talented, motivated team.

What We’re Looking For:
• Previous experience as a Deputy General Manager, Assistant Manager, or similar role within hospitality
• Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team
• A genuine passion for excellent food, drink, and customer service
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to multi-task effectively
• A proactive, hands-on management style
• Knowledge of hotel operations would be advantageous but not essential
