Axcis Education are delighted to be working with a mainstream secondary school in the Torbay area, who are seeking a full-time Construction/Design & Technology Teacher to join their team from January.

Location: Torbay

Start Date: January
Role: Full-time Construction / D&T Teacher
Duration: At least half a term, likely to extend.
Setting: Secondary mainstream school
You’ll be delivering Design & Technology lessons (with a focus on construction) to KS3 and KS4 pupils, following a scheme of work within a very supportive and collaborative D&T department.
This post is initially offered for at least half a term, but there is a strong likelihood of extension and the potential for a permanent appointment, depending on circumstances.

What We Are Looking For:

•Experience teaching Design & Technology or Construction
•A passion for inspiring young learners
•The ability to create engaging, hands-on lessons
•QTS or relevant teaching experience in a secondary setting
