Hours: School Hours (Typically 8:30am – 3:30pm)

We are recruiting enthusiastic Drama graduates to support students in primary, secondary, and specialist schools across Taunton and the surrounding areas.

As a Flexible Teaching Assistant, you'll work alongside teachers to support pupils both in the classroom and around the school, helping them overcome barriers to learning and build confidence.
What You'll Be Doing:
• Supporting students on a 1:1 basis and in small groups
• Encouraging participation and engagement during lessons
• Helping pupils develop confidence, communication, and social skills
• Providing positive behaviour support where required
• Building strong relationships with students and staff
• Adapting to different schools and age groups
Every day is different, giving you the chance to gain experience across a variety of educational settings.
Who We're Looking For:
• A Drama graduate or someone with a performing arts background
• Confident, enthusiastic, and able to build rapport quickly
• Passionate about working with children and young people
• Adaptable and happy working in different schools
• Experience with young people through theatre groups, coaching, tutoring, youth work, or volunteering is desirable but not essential
