Job Description:

This individual will be responsible for fostering a nurturing environment that stimulates the intellectual and social development of children.

Responsibilities:
• Plan and implement educational activities tailored to promote child development.
• Monitor and document each child's progress and provide feedback to parents and guardians.
• Create a safe and engaging learning environment for children.
• Collaborate with other teaching staff to enhance the educational program.
• Adhere to all local regulations as well as school policies and procedures.
• Maintain open communication with families regarding children’s growth and educational experiences.
• Engage in ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices in early education.

Qualifications:
• NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Early Years Education.
• A solid understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
• Previous experience in an early year setting.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
