Seeking experienced Employability professional with a passion for supporting others back into work whilst establishing long standing employer links.

Overview:

Working for an established training provider, you will play a pivotal role in guiding participants towards successful employment on a new Adult Education Budget (AEB) programme focused on Hospitality, Construction and Health and Social Care.

A typical week:

-Support participants into work
-Provide careers & employment advice
-Deliver 1-1 & small group sessions
-Create & build employer relationships
-Provide in work support to participants

You''ll need the following for this role:

-2 years Employability sector experience
-Confident engaging groups & individuals
-Experience working with employers
-Happy working towards targets
