Description
This is an exciting opportunity to join a leading telecommunications provider as an Enterprise Account Director within their Enterprise team in Jersey, working 37.5 hours per week. This role offers the chance to drive growth in a fast-paced commercial environment, developing innovative technology-led solutions for business customers across the island.
Duties for this role include, but are not limited to:
• Managing and growing an assigned portfolio of enterprise clients.
• Acting as a key point of contact for clients, ensuring long-term trusted relationships.
• Achieving quarterly and annual revenue targets through retention and growth.
• Identifying and securing new enterprise customers through lead generation strategies.
• Upselling and cross-selling across telecommunications, cloud, SaaS, and ICT solutions.
• Protecting existing revenue streams from competitive threats.
• Collaborating with internal teams including product, marketing, professional services, finance, and engineering.
• Attending business reviews and networking events as a business representative.
• Providing accurate sales forecasts and reporting pipeline metrics.
• Ensuring proposals and customer documentation are clear, accurate, and compliant.
The successful candidate will:
• Have experience in a B2B customer-facing sales environment.
• Possess strong knowledge of telecommunications, cloud, SaaS, and ICT solutions.
• Be confident engaging with C-Level decision-makers.
• Demonstrate an understanding of business priorities, both internally and for customers.
• Hold a current, clean driving licence.
• Share and embody the company’s values of teamwork, customer satisfaction, reliability, passion for technology, and community focus.
