Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver high-quality education to primary-aged pupils, tailoring lesson plans to accommodate individual needs and ensuring all students can thrive.
• Utilize a variety of teaching strategies to engage students with complex needs, promoting their social, emotional, and academic development.
• Build strong relationships with staff, parents, and external agencies to create cohesive support networks for each child.
• Conduct ongoing assessments to monitor student progress, adapting teaching methods as required to facilitate continual improvement and learning outcomes.
• Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and participate in ongoing professional development to ensure the delivery of an up-to-date and innovative curriculum.
• Foster a positive, patient, and nurturing classroom environment that recognizes student achievements and encourages resilience and self-esteem.
Ideal Candidate:
• QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) in the UK or equivalent is essential.
• Proven track record of teaching primary-aged pupils with complex needs.
• Strong understanding of safeguarding procedures and commitment to child welfare.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• A patient, creative, and compassionate approach to teaching.
