A new role has arisen with one of our Colnbrook clients for a Fine Arts Coordinator

Role will involve working with clients to arrange shipments of Fine Arts around the world.

Our client is looking for a candidate with strong knowledge of Air Import Operational procedure including Customs procedures - ideally with knowledge of High Value entries. (Import Road & Sea freight Knowledge would be also desirable & well as Air /Ocean Export Knowledge together with handling International movements for Exhibitions however training can be given for this if required)


Role will involve
General administration of the Art work Section,
Data Entry in NetFreight operational system
Assisting in customs documentation (export & import) Descartes
Development of Knowledge Air, Sea & Road Freight markets and procedures
Airline Bookings preparation of export documentation
Handling of original documents such as licences ATA Carnets CITIES
Liaising with the Transport Department to book collections deliveries & airport transfers
Occasional trips to Heathrow area airline handling sheds, HMRC / Border Force offices and other on-airport activities during business hours as required

Ideal candidate with 3 +years experience in the import / export department
Fine Art shipments knowledge would be an advantage

Mon - Fri 0900am - 1730pm
Salary 32K-35K subject to experience
