I am currently looking for an experienced Freelance Site Engineer for one of my longest standing clients that are a well-established sub-contractor. The role is on a new build school project in Overstone, just outside Northampton.

THE ROLE:

You'll be responsible for setting out pre-cast concrete installations, including cores, stairs, and walls, as well as providing engineering support for minimal groundworks. The role requires a strong attention to detail and proven experience in working with pre-cast elements.
• Accurate setting-out
• Liaising with site teams and pre-cast installation crews
• Maintaining site records, QA checks, and as-builts
• Supporting and coordinating subcontractors
• Ensuring H&S compliance on your works

THE CANDIDATE:

• Proven experience setting out for pre-cast concrete
• CSCS card (essential)
• Strong communication and site coordination skills
