Freelance Site Engineer
RC Frame / Concrete works / Pre-Cast / In-Situ

Day Rate: £300 per shift

My Client are an established RC Frame and Concrete sub-contractor that require a Freelance Site Engineer to support their growing workload on a major high-rise apartment project in Leeds.
This is a great project for a Site Engineer with previous experience doing concrete works for a subbie.

SCOPE: Walls, Columns, Stairs, Landings, Floor Slabs

DUTIES:
• Setting out for walls, columns, stair cores, and slabs
• QA checks and record keeping
• Collaborating with site managers and Main Contractor personnel
• Ensuring all works comply with drawings and specifications
• Assisting with site measurements and as-built surveys

THE CANDIDATE
• Recent and consistent experience with RC Frames
• Proficiency with Robotic Total Station and AutoCAD
• Valid CSCS card
• Experience in delivering concrete works for a sub-contractor
