Based in Guernsey, this role offers a rare blend of client-facing work, process improvement, and fund servicing oversight in a tight-knit team where your voice and ideas will be heard. The business supports flexible working and is open to full-time or part-time hours for the right candidate.
Duties for this role include, but are not limited to:
• Providing fund administration support to a small portfolio of clients, including invoice review, book-keeping, and reconciliations.
• Scrutinising valuations and preparing NAVs and management accounts.
• Monitoring compliance with investment restrictions and broader fund compliance.
• Managing record-keeping, registers, and task monitoring to support operational integrity.
• Supporting investor communications, reporting, and data maintenance.
• Contributing to board and client reporting through KPI and MI analysis.
• Engaging in ad-hoc projects, process reviews, and systems development initiatives.
The ideal candidate will have at least five years’ experience in fund administration or middle office investment operations, spanning a variety of roles or client types. A qualification in accounting or compliance is preferred, and the ability to communicate clearly and build trust with clients and colleagues is essential. Experience in systems and process development would be a distinct advantage.
