Description

Our client is a small, locally owned fiduciary and fund administration business. The organisation provides fund and corporate administration services and offers the opportunity to work closely with Directors in a collaborative, open-plan environment.

This is a full-time position within a growing business, offering broad exposure across fund and corporate administration.

Role
The role provides administrative support to the fund and corporate administration team, reporting to the Fund & Corporate Manager / Group Company Secretary.

Key responsibilities
• Assist in the preparation of investor correspondence and responses to investor queries
• Communicate with clients, prioritising and escalating matters where required
• Prepare statutory and regulatory filings
• Maintain corporate records and statutory registers
• Prepare payments and undertake bank detail call backs
• Assist with Board meeting preparation, compilation of Board packs and minute drafting
• Liaise with client Boards and coordinate meeting arrangements
• Draft corporate resolutions and actions under guidance
• Monitor cash transactions
• Assist in the preparation and issuance of fund reporting
• Support drawdown and distribution notices
• Undertake bank account opening processes and associated workflows
• Ensure corporate records are complete and maintained electronically
• Carry out general administrative duties as required

Person specification
• Minimum of two years’ relevant industry experience
• Relevant qualification or working towards a professional qualification such as CGI is desirable
• Strong understanding of general office administration
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, accounting packages and online banking systems
• Experience with Acumen and M-Files would be advantageous (full training provided)
