Who we're looking for:
You might be a great fit if you have experience in any of the following areas:
- Working or volunteering with children or young people (e.g. schools, youth work, camps, sports coaching)
- Supporting individuals with additional needs such as Autism, ADHD, SEMH, learning difficulties or other needs
- Care or support work involving behaviour management or emotional regulation
We're also keen to hear from graduates in psychology, education, health and social care or related fields.
What you’ll do day-to-day:
- Support pupils in class, either 1:1 or in small groups
- Assist with managing behaviour and promoting positive engagement
- Help deliver personalised learning under the guidance of the class teacher
- Prepare learning materials and maintain a safe, inclusive classroom environment
- Encourage the emotional and social development of pupils
- Collaborate with teachers, SENCOs and fellow TAs to ensure the best outcomes for children
