Responsibilities

Carry out general maintenance and repair work
Basic plumbing, carpentry, painting, and decorating
Install fixtures, fittings, and household items
Diagnose and resolve maintenance issues efficiently
Ensure all work is completed to a high standard
Maintain a safe and tidy working environment
Communicate professionally with customers and colleagues
Requirements
Proven experience as a handyman or in a similar maintenance role
Good understanding of general building maintenance and repairs
Experience with basic plumbing, electrical awareness, carpentry, and decorating
Ability to use a range of hand and power tools safely
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Reliable, punctual, and hardworking
Full UK driving licence preferred
Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively
