Handyman Wanted – CSCS Card Required.

We are looking for an experienced and reliable Handyman to join our team.

Requirements:

-Proven experience working as a handyman or in a similar maintenance/construction role.
-Good understanding of general building maintenance, repairs, and finishing work.
-Skilled in a variety of trades, including basic carpentry, painting, patch repairs, fitting fixtures, and general site maintenance.
-Ability to work independently and efficiently while maintaining high standards of workmanship.
-Strong problem-solving skills and a positive, can-do attitude.
-Valid CSCS Card (essential).
-Own tools and transport are preferred but not essential.

Responsibilities:

-Carry out general maintenance and repair work.
-Complete snagging and finishing tasks.
-Assist with minor carpentry, decorating, and basic plumbing or maintenance duties as required.
-Ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.
-Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
-Work well with site managers, contractors, and other trades.
