Location: Winchester (Hybrid 40% remote)
Salary: £45,000 (negotiable) per annum + excellent benefits

Overview:

Working for a inspiring Charity, you will lead the development and execution of fundraising strategies across corporate, regional, trust, and legacy channels to maximise charity income.

A typical week:

-Manage & develop fundraising team.
-Grow & expand relationships with donors
-Boost Charity engagement & visibility
-Oversee budgets, compliance & donor tracking.

You'll need the following:

-3 years fundraising management experience
-Proven experience in securing income
-Excellent communication & presentation skills
-Driver with access to vehicle
