Join this leading telecommunications provider in a pivotal marketing leadership role, responsible for setting and delivering strategic communications and engagement plans across multiple jurisdictions. This position offers the opportunity to shape a multi-channel marketing strategy, enhance brand positioning, and lead a high-performing team across both consumer and business segments.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the planning and delivery of integrated marketing campaigns that support customer acquisition, revenue growth, and brand engagement.
• Own the 12-month marketing calendar, driving consistency across digital, social, CRM, and PR channels.
• Define and implement brand strategy to build differentiation across consumer, business, and employer segments.
• Evaluate campaign performance and drive continuous improvement through insights and post-campaign analysis.
• Manage relationships with external creative, digital, and PR agencies to ensure delivery against strategic goals.
• Oversee reactive and issues-related PR with support from senior stakeholders.
• Develop and lead a high-performing team across all jurisdictions.
• Manage the marketing budget and optimise return on investment.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, data protection, and information security responsibilities relevant to the role.
The Ideal Candidate:
• Minimum 5 years' experience in marketing/communications, with at least 3 years in a senior role within a relevant sector.
• Strong understanding of telecoms or related industries in both consumer and business contexts.
• Proven success in campaign development, digital strategy, and brand building.
• Skilled in commercial planning and aligning marketing strategies with business outcomes.
• Experience managing external agencies and leading geographically dispersed teams.
• Confident, organised, and collaborative with excellent communication and leadership skills.
• A tertiary qualification in marketing and/or formal management training would be advantageous.
