HLTA (Higher Level Teaching Assistant)

Location: Greater Manchester, Stockport and Tameside
Contract Type: Temporary, Full-time
Pay Rate: £100-£145 per day (PAYE)

About the Role:
Are you an experienced HLTA looking for rewarding school placements? Axcis Education is seeking confident, enthusiastic HLTAs to provide high-quality support across a range of subjects and key stages. You will take responsibility for planning and delivering learning, supporting teachers, and leading small groups when necessary.

Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver lessons in line with curriculum objectives.
• Provide targeted support to students with additional needs.
• Manage behaviour effectively to create a positive learning environment.
• Collaborate with teachers to assess and track student progress.

Requirements:
• HLTA status or equivalent experience.
• Strong classroom management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
