HR Business Partner
Salary: Up to £80,000
Location: Hertfordshire & London
Hyrbid Wroking: 3 days on-site
Resourcing4HR are actively recruiting for a strategically minded HR Business Partner to join a transforming, fast-paced organisation where people, data and innovation sit at the heart of how the business operates. This role partners closely with the Exec and Senior Leadership teams within their stakeholder group, acting as a true extension of the function rather than sitting at arm’s length within HR.

This role is ideal for someone who wants to step into a Senior HR Business Partner role within the next 12–18 months and is ready to take on visible, high-impact work.
Key Background:
CIPD Qualified
A strong track record as an HRBP in a fast-paced, high-growth or transforming environment (Retail, FMCG, Tech welcome).
High confidence and capability in AI adoption, digital ways of working, and data-led decision making.
Experience working directly with Exec-level stakeholders.
Ability to build people plans, talent strategies, and capability programmes within a function.
A commercial mindset with ability to interpret and influence using business metrics and P&L insights.
Strong judgement, influencing skills, and the ability to handle ambiguity with autonomy.
Experience partnering with centres of excellence and working as part of a modern, evolving HR function.
