HR Co-ordinator
Salary: £25,000 – £30,000
Start Date: January 2026
Location: Home-based with occasional travel to the London office
Are you an organised, proactive and people-focused HR professional looking to make an impact in a global organisation? We’re searching for an HR Co-ordinator to join our clients HR team and play a key role in delivering exceptional HR support, outstanding employee experiences and efficient operational processes across the business.
This role is an excellent opportunity for a recent HR graduate with around 6 months’ HR experience who is eager to build on their foundational knowledge and develop their career within a supportive, global HR team.
About the Role
As the HR Co-ordinator, you’ll be a trusted first point of contact for all internal stakeholders, ensuring employees receive timely, accurate and friendly support. Working closely with the wider HR team, you’ll contribute to the smooth running of the HR operations and help drive improvements across HR systems and processes.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the HR inbox, providing first-line support and excellent service to employees and managers
Deliver a seamless onboarding experience for new joiners and contractors, from background screening to induction coordination
Support the full employee lifecycle including contract changes, benefits administration, absence management and family-friendly processes
Assist with monthly HR activities such as payroll support, reporting, audits and compliance checks
Maintain and update our Global HR Information System, supporting system enhancements and process efficiencies
Contribute to employee engagement through events, newsletters and internal initiatives
Provide recruitment support including JD profiling, candidate communications and interview coordination
Key Background
A proactive, articulate and energetic individual who can juggle multiple priorities with confidence
A genuine passion for HR and the ability to communicate with professionalism, compassion and alignment to our culture and values
Strong interest and ability in working with data, including Excel skills and the ability to create and interpret meaningful reports
Solid 360-degree HR administration experience and strong data management capabilities
Highly organised, self-motivated and capable of building successful relationships at all levels
Exceptional attention to detail
Calm, persuasive and able to influence others to achieve shared goals
Desirable skills & experience:
HR administration experience within technology or professional services
Experience working with HR policies and supporting their implementation
A background in a global organisation
