HR Business Partner – 6 Month FTCLocation: 2 days per week in London
Contract: 6-month FTC
Salary: £60,000–£65,000 plus benefits (pro rata)
2 days per week in Central London
We’re looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to join a fast-paced, private equity-backed organisation with 270 employees, on a 6-month fixed-term contract. Reporting directly to the Chief People Officer and managing two HR Advisors, this role is a key strategic and operational partner to the business.
You’ll play a pivotal role in delivering a people agenda that supports growth and transformation — with a focus on data and analytics, change and restructuring, TUPE, and employee relations. This is a hands-on role suited to someone confident working at pace, partnering closely with leaders, and driving meaningful impact through people and culture initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Partner with senior leaders to deliver the people strategy and drive organisational effectiveness.
Lead and support on change management initiatives, including restructures and TUPE transfers.
Provide expert employee relations advice, ensuring fair, consistent, and compliant outcomes.
Champion the use of HR data and analytics to inform decision-making and measure success.
Coach and develop line managers to build people capability and confidence.
Foster a culture of inclusion, engagement, and continuous improvement.
About You
Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or senior generalist in a fast-paced, commercial environment.
Skilled in data-led decision-making, with experience using HR systems such as HiBob.
Strong knowledge of UK employment law, TUPE, and organisational change.
A resilient, pragmatic, and collaborative partner who builds trust across all levels.
Comfortable operating in a dynamic, high-growth environment, with the ability to influence and deliver at pace.
CIPD qualified (Level 5 or above).
