Bringing your experience to the role, you’ll develop and deliver impactful brand, digital, and education strategies, working closely with cross-functional teams and global partners. You’ll bring insights to life, inspire a talented team, and ensure world-class execution that supports
You’ll lead a talented team, working cross-functionally with Sales, Medical, and Finance, and play an active role in the local leadership team.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and execute integrated marketing, digital, and education strategies.
• Build brand leadership and ensure alignment with regional and global teams.
• Provide market insights and performance analysis to guide business decisions.
• Lead and develop a high-performing team and manage key agency partnerships.
• Represent the UK & Ireland business at regional and global levels.
About You
• Proven leadership and people management experience in pharma or aesthetics.
• Degree in Business, Marketing or Life Sciences; postgraduate marketing qualification (CIM or equivalent) preferred.
• PMCPA exam pass and experience as a commercial signatory.
• Strong digital marketing expertise and commercial acumen.
• Excellent communicator, strategic thinker, and team collaborator.
