Employee Relations Lead – 6 Month FTC
Basingstoke (2 days per week, hybrid working + travel)

Are you an experienced Employee Relations Specialist ready for your next challenge?
We’re looking for a confident Employee Relations Lead to join this growing organisation on a 6-month fixed-term contract, to start ASAP, covering a secondment. You’ll lead a team of six HR Advisors, providing expert advice on complex ER matters and supporting managers across the business.
What you’ll do:
Lead and develop a team of ER/HR Advisors
Manage complex and high-risk cases, including employment tribunals
Use data to identify trends, risks, and costs
Advise on grievances, disciplinaries, absence, and performance
Support policy updates and implementation
What you’ll bring:
Proven experience managing an ER/HR team
Strong background in UK employment law and tribunal experience
Skilled in using ER data and insights to drive improvement
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
CIPD qualified or working towards it
