HR Workforce Transformation Project Manager - Interim
Woking, Surrey
Hybrid - initially 3 days onsite
£400-£500 per day, with flexibility depending on experience
Approximately 4 days per week
Expected to last until the end of 2027, potentially beyond

Are you an experienced HR transformation professional with strong project management skills and a track record of delivering complex people change?
Resourcing4HR are actively recruiting this hands-on interim role supporting a global organisation through a significant workforce transformation programme. You'll take ownership of a key workstream, working alongside the HR Director, a Senior HR Business Partner and an Organisational Change Management Consultant.
Key responsibilities include:
Leading delivery of a key HR/workforce transformation workstream spanning retention, reward and benefits, recruitment and outplacement.
Creating clear project plans, milestones and governance to bring structure and pace.
Managing dependencies, risks and priorities across interconnected workstreams.
Building strong relationships with senior stakeholders, keeping communication clear and securing timely decisions.
Resolving issues and driving actions through to completion.
What we're looking for:
Strong HR experience, potentially gained at Senior HR Business Partner level or above.
A proven track record of delivering HR or workforce transformation.
Excellent project management skills, including planning, governance and managing multiple workstreams.
Confident communication, stakeholder engagement and influencing skills within a complex, global organisation.
A positive, practical and solutions-focused approach, with strong attention to detail and the confidence to take ownership.
