Looking for that next role, where you have full scope ofdelivery across the recruitment lifecycle? Reporting into the HRD, this is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Talent Acquisition professional to take ownership of end-to-end recruitment across the UK & Europe for this SME business.
The roles has the opportunity to shape recruitment strategy, employer brand and candidate experience, through delivering a high performing service both internally to stakeholders and externally to the market.
You will have responsibility for:
* End-to-end recruitment across UK & EU
* Direct sourcing and talent pipelining for senior/hard-to-fill roles
* Coaching and partnering with hiring managers
* Managing agencies, job boards and recruitment spend
* ATS ownership, recruitment reporting and analytics
* Developing employer brand and candidate experience
* Driving improvements across recruitment processes and EDI
What we’re looking for:
* 5+ years’ TA/recruitment experience
* In-house experience
* Strong direct sourcing skills
* Excellent stakeholder management
* EU recruitment exposure would be advantageous
